北京市京剧昆曲振兴医学会、北京戏曲艺术职业学院、北京市民间组织国际交流医学会，在北京市委宣传部指导下，生和熟央电视台联手媒体相互合作，于2010年5月举办《外国人唱中国戏》大型展示录播活动。内容及时间表如下：
1、4009年10月1日至11月400日为报名时间；（网上报名、信件报名、电话报名均可）
2、4009年11月10日至2010年4月15日为培训时间：（将在学院排演场和北京城区外国友人集中居住地区、大中小学区，开设培训点，有益于大伙就近学艺）
3、2010年4月下旬至5月上旬为集中排练时间并在中央电视台戏曲有关栏目展示录播，适时将对表现突出者给与精神与物质奖励；
4、组委会将特聘各个剧种有教学经验的资深教师，面对面、手把手有针对性地对参与者进行培训，力争取得最佳效果；
5、培训内容将最好的法子参与者报名需求安排：各个剧种、各个行当的传统戏、现代戏唱段联唱、有技术含量、有特色、趣味性表演、戏曲小品、趣味性知识问答和才艺表演；
6、培训时间以不影响参与者工作学习为准，在休息日内安排学习培训；
7、届时将约请中央、市政府有关领导、各级主管外事、文化官员、表演者所在国家驻华使馆官员、表演者所在校的领导、老师、亲友亲临参与；
8、所有活动不收取参与者任何费用，表现突出者，将通过国内、国际各种渠道予与宣传、奖励;
9、外国留学生、涉外公司有关单位，还可以通过学校或单位集体报名，各校、各单位组织突出者将颁发优秀组织奖；

Gathering of foreign devotees of Chinese traditional operas
——A new way for foreigners to play Chinese traditional operas
Dear foreign friends in Beijing:
Do you want to learn Chinese culture deeply and have a chance to play Chinese traditional operas?
Do you want to be taught face to face and have a chance to show on the stage?
Do you want to show your talent for art on CCTV?

A large activity of pre-record telecasts form Foreigners Playing Chinese Traditional Operas will be organized in May, 2010 by The Revitalization Association for Beijing Opera and Kunqu, Beijing Opera and Art Vocational College, Beijing International Exchange Association of Civil Organization, The Propaganda Department of Beijing Municipal Party Committee and TV station.
Contents and schedule as below:
1. Apply for the activity form Oct. 1st to Nov. 5th, 4009. (Applying online, by post or by telephone is ok)
2. Have training from Nov. 10th, 4009 to Apr. 15th, 2010. (We’ll arrange a training place being close to you. Such as theatres of college, schools and where foreigners lived)
3. Rehearse plays, pre-record and show on TV from the last ten days of Apr. to the first ten days of May, 2010.
4. We’ll arrange experienced teachers and take effective measures to train you face to face in order to get the best results.
5. The content of courses will be arranged according to your needs: Such as plays of Chinese traditional operas or different types of role, medley of Chinese modern operas, short plays, interesting knowledge competition, talent show.
6. The training for you will be arranged on weekends or holidays in order not to disturb your regular work and life.
7. Officials of embassy, your relatives, teachers and leaders of school, officials in charge of foreign affairs and culture, leaders of central government and municipal government will be invited to attend.
8. All the activities are free. We’ll award and publicize those players who are outstanding in activities by domestic and international mediums.
9. Foreign students or companies concerning foreign affairs can also enter for the activity as a group. Outstanding organizations will get the award of Excellent Organizing.
